An initial meet and greet is free. We need to see if we’re a fit. Chemistry and culture are a huge part of business. We need to fit each other.
We may discover that you have a good handle on everything, and that you don’t need me at all.
Or maybe you have a good plan for training and building your menu, but you’re terrible at numbers and accounting, and that could then be our focus.
Or we could discover - hopefully not! - that you are in waaay over your head, and you should back up and rethink the whole idea.
I don’t work for a food vendor, so I’m not trying to cozy up to you so you buy groceries from me.
I’m not selling business insurance, or equipment, or anything else.
I’m selling me.
My only goal is to share my 45 years of experience, and give you the information, ideas, contacts, and on and on… so that you can succeed.
I’ll always remember that You Are The Boss. This is your circus. While I did it my way, and it worked, you need to do it your way. I’ll never forget that.
